Single-PLY Roofing System

Modified Bitumen Roofing System
Modified bitumen roofing systems offer enhanced strength and flexibility through multi-layer asphalt membranes. We install mod-bit systems using torch-applied, hot asphalt, or self-adhered methods, providing reliable protection, puncture resistance, and proven performance in Ontario’s climate.
Built-Up (BUR) Roofing System
Built-up roofing systems consist of multiple layers of asphalt and reinforcing fabrics to create a durable, long-lasting roof assembly. BUR systems are well-suited for high-traffic commercial and institutional roofs where durability and redundancy are critical.
